Dryer facilities
Rotary Dryer
- Rotary Dryer is in the form of direct heating dryer with scattering crushed direct contact with hot air, heat and dry by blades rotate at high speed while steel blast furnace slug or sewage sludge with moisture free-fall by drum and internal lifter. It can dramatically reduce costs due to excellent reduction efficiency of steel blast furnace slug or sewage sludge, and after drying it can be recycled as fuel and additives.
Paddle dryer
- Heating Jacket and paddle with steam, and water evaporated by heat conduction by heated paddle contact with sewage sludge while rotating each other. Thus, it has a large thermal coefficient, good drying efficiency, and less dust occurs in wet air.
